Job Description
Description of Work to be Performed:

Create the software configuration for the defined MS Windows 10 and Mac OS standards.

Distribute the installation package via the SCCM distribution points where available.
-
Create offline installation packages.
-
Maintain, update and document hardware and software configuration for standard PCs and Laptops installed with Windows 10 and/or Mac operating systems.

Maintain all the client management infrastructure and systems up-to-date (SCCM, SCUP, WSUS, MDT, JAMF, SentinelOne, Active Directory) with all the SW and patch releases, including those not connected to the WAN.

Implement new client management infrastructure in Decentralized Offices as required.

Upon request, provide reports through SCCM, SQL, VBscript, Powershell, etc.

Upon request, maintain and populate a global, cloud-based repository for comapany standard applications.

Perform the request tasks in the development and management of corporate application interfaces and update releases of standard client software components, including, but not limited to GRMS (Oracle eBS and satellite systems), SharePoint, Adobe, SentinelOne, etc across MS Windows and Mac workstation configurations.

Perform and document regular reviews, cleanups and consolidation of the client Group Policies implemented worldwide

Solve incidents and problems escalated by Service Desk and coordinate escalation to third parties (Microsoft, SentinelOne, Computer Supplier) as needed and as per established OLAs/SLAs.

Ensure that all clients connected to the WAN are up-to-date with recommended MS updates. Provide weekly report on status.

Perform any other related duties as required.
Outputs:

Incidents, problems and requests escalated by Service Desk are solved within established OLA/SLA

Issues are escalated and coordinated to third parties (Microsoft, SentinelOne, Computer Supplier) as needed and as per established OLAs/SLAs.

All client management infrastructure and systems are constantly kept up-to-date (SCCM, SCUP, WSUS, MDT, JAMF, SentinelOne, Active Directory) with all the SW and patch releases, including those not connected to the WAN. Weekly reports to be provided to team leader.

New client management infrastructure deployed within 5 working days from request.

Software configuration for MS Windows 10 and Macs defined on standard HW models within 5 days from new HW release. Packages distributed to all SCCM distribution points within 72 hours from approval of package.

Offline installation packages created within 5 days from creation of online distribution kit.

Documentation updated with any change and approved by team leader within 48 hours from change.

Test MS patches within 72 hours from release and provide team leader with report on results.
-
Critical security updates tested and report provided to team leader within 24 hours from release.

Distribution of patches to an internal unit within 48 hours from test approval.
-
Distribution to all required locations within 72 hours from approval.

Distribution of patches to required locations within 72 hours from approval.
-
Distribution of patches to all PCs from specified locations worldwide within 5 working days.
-
Ensure update procedures are followed preparing documentation for weekly meeting.

Publish approved SW on the catalogue within 48 hours from approval.

Status reports provide to team leader on weekly basis.
-
World-wide GPOs revised and cleaned-up on weekly basis. Weekly report to be provided to team leader.
